- Monitoring academic performance to ensure sustainability and impact.
- Investment in school infrastructure in underserved counties like Baringo, building classrooms and providing resources where students currently learn under trees or in poor conditions.
Entrepreneurial
Global Youth Emerge empowers young entrepreneurs with:
- Seed capital and micro-loans to start or grow businesses.
- Training in financial literacy, business development, and digital marketing.
- Support for both registered and informal businesses, guiding unregistered entrepreneurs through the formalization process.
- Digital empowerment for youth in content creation, especially YouTube and social media-based ventures.
- Long-term guidance through three-month training and six-month follow-up mentoring.
