About Us
Global Youth Emerge is a non-profit, youth-focused organization founded in 2024 in Kenya. Our core mission is to empower young people between the ages of 15-34 through targeted support in financial access, education, mentorship, and skills training.
Recognizing the untapped potential of youth as key drivers of social and economic transformation, Global Youth Emerge was established as a charitable movement aimed at addressing the challenges that hinder youth from realizing their full potential.
The organization operates with the goal of scaling its impact across East Africa.
Our Mission
Our mission is to end extreme youth unemployment by creating sustainable opportunities for young people through mentorship in all aspects of their lives, educational support, entrepreneurship support, and strategic partnerships.
Our Vision
To empower and inspire youth aged 15 to 34 to become innovative leaders, agents of change, and drivers of sustainable development in their communities and beyond.
Objectives
- To connect youth with top mentors from diverse industries especially those that impact youth wellbeing ensuring they receive relevant, inspiring, and practical guidance.
- To offer financial support to vulnerable youth through school fee sponsorships and access to startup capital for income-generating activities.
- To build and improve educational infrastructure by constructing schools in counties most affected by poverty and lack of access to quality education.

We are currently active in East Africa, with operations in Burundi and Kenya.
